This course was a three-week trip to Switzerland, where we met with 11 international sports confederations like the IOC, IIHF, and FIFA to learn about sports as a global market. During the course, we presented a strategic media plan to Volleyball World, and I created a public relations campaign for the IIHF focused on making safety in hockey a priority and how to get Gen-Z players and fans on board. We were also tasked with creating a source-long social media strategy for marketing global sports on a chosen social media platform- Twitter.
